Juffair
Enter Juffair at Al Fateh Mosque (the Grand Mosque).  Turn right at first set of lights (towards Al Jazira). Take first right and pass Al Jazira on your right.  Continue straight, following road past Ric's Kountry Kitchen on your left and around the bend.  Take your first right, just past Xerox and Health Watchers. Nature Valley and Nature Valley Café are on the right.  
           
From clinic:
Go back to traffic lights at Jasmi's and the Muharraq Sports Stadium. Turn left at lights.  Follow signs to Manama South.  At the end of the bridge to Manama, turn left at lights.  Next, turn left at Al Fateh Mosque (the Grand Mosque). Turn left at first set of lights (towards Al Jazira).  Take first right and pass Al Jazira on your right.  Continue straight, following road past Ric's Kountry Kitchen on your left and around the bend.  Take your first right when you see Xerox, just past Health Watchers.  Nature Valley and Nature Valley Café are on the right.

Arad, Muharraq
From Manama take either bridge to Muharraq.  Take the exit to the right, at the end of the bridge, following brown signs to Arad Fort.  Continue to follow the signs to Arad Fort.  At the intersection where there is a Jasmi's and the Muharraq Sports Stadium, turn right as indicated by the brown sign to Arad Fort.  Next, take your immediate left turn.  This left turn is opposite the Jasmi's and a petrol station. There are no lights here.  This is road 4029.  At the end of road 4029, turn left onto road 4023.  Next turn left at end of road 4023.  Finally, turn left at pedestrian bridge.  The health centre is on the right.
  
From Mina Salman take bridge/causeway to Muharraq.  Turn left at first lights after bridge.  Follow signs to Muharraq/airport. When you see a pedestrian bridge, you will turn left at the traffic lights immediately after. There is a Jasmi's and the Muharraq Sports Stadium at this intersection. Next, take your immediate left turn.  This left turn is opposite the Jasmi's and a petrol station.  There are no lights here.  This is road 4029.  At the end of road 4029, turn left onto road 4023.  Next turn left at end of road 4023.  Finally, turn left at pedestrian bridge.  The health centre is on the right.
